Definitions

In these Terms:

• “Company”, “we” and “us” mean PVexperts, which operates the BestEssays.com website. BestEssays is the name of the service the Company provides through it.
• “You” means the person who creates an account and places orders on the website.
• Your “account” is your personal area on the website, where your orders, files and messages are kept.
• An “order” is your request for a particular paid service, together with its instructions, files and the options you choose.
• “Work” means the paper or other document delivered for an order, including any revised version of it.
• “Writer” means the freelance specialist who completes an order.
• “Messages” means the messaging system in your account, which connects you with Support and with your Writer.
• “Support” means the Company's customer service team, and “Quality Team” means the team that reviews revision requests, quality complaints and refund claims.
• “Store Credit” means a balance kept in your account that can be used toward future orders.

Orders

To place an order, you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in the country where you live. Each person may hold one account. Please give accurate contact details: a working email address and a phone number, so the Company can reach you quickly.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Your instructions are the foundation of the Work, so please make them clear and complete from the start. Once a Writer has been assigned, any change that goes beyond the original instructions is treated as editing, which is a paid extra and not a free revision.

You choose the academic level, the deadline and the type of paper. The Writer works to the level set when they were assigned, so if you notice a mistake in any of these choices, report it to Support at once.

The Company may decline an order, or ask you to resubmit it, if its details do not match its description. Correcting those details may change the price.

If the Work must draw on particular sources, send them together with your instructions as early as you can. Materials that arrive late may move the deadline. Instructions and all required sources should reach the Company:

• within the first 8 hours, for a deadline of 48 hours to 10 days;
• within the first hour, for a deadline of 12 to 24 hours;
• within the first 20 minutes, for a deadline under 12 hours.

Payment

The Company starts work on an order only after it has been paid in full. If Support asks for an extra payment, for example for a longer paper, a higher academic level or a shorter deadline, please make it promptly. Until it is made, the order may be delayed, and no compensation is due for that delay.

Prices are those shown on the website at the time you place your order. The Company may change its prices for future orders. Prices do not include any bank, currency-conversion or international fees charged by your bank.

Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and the Company never sees your full card number. Depending on the order, a payment may be processed by one of several billing companies, so the name on your card statement may differ from the name of this website. If a payment fails with one processor, you may be offered another. Card payments are subject to 3-D Secure authentication or your bank's equivalent.

Discount codes must be entered before you pay. A code cannot be added once an order has been paid, and codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers unless the offer says otherwise.

You are responsible for the security of your own card and account. Using someone else's card without authorization is a crime, and the Company will report it.

Verification

To protect cardholders and prevent fraud, the Company may ask you to verify a payment, for example by sending a screenshot of the charge as it appears in your online banking. You may hide any other transactions on the screenshot.

Documents you send for verification are used for that purpose only and are deleted once the check is complete.

If verification delays the order, a new deadline is set once the check has been completed. The Company may cancel an order when it suspects fraud or when you do not cooperate with verification.

Delivery

Your account shows how each order is progressing, for example whether it is awaiting payment, in progress, completed, under revision, on hold or canceled.

The deadline you choose is the target for the first delivery of the Work, and the Company works to meet it. If a delay is expected, you will be told and may object in writing. A delay that you have accepted is not a ground for compensation.

Completed Work is uploaded to your account and may also be sent to you by email. Failure to download delivered Work is not a ground for a refund.

Deadlines apply to the first delivery; revisions have their own timing.

Revisions

Free revisions are a courtesy, offered to bring the Work in line with your original instructions.

You can request a free revision within 14 days of the first delivery. For dissertations, theses, research proposals, dissertation chapters and other large assignments, the period is 30 days.

A revision request must stay within the original instructions. Anything new is treated as editing, which is paid, or as a new order. Once the free period has ended, revisions are paid.

The Quality Team may decline or limit revision requests that change the original requirements or amount to abuse of this policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please make any cancellation or refund request in writing, either through Messages or by email to support@bestessays.com.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the Work, tell the Company within 72 hours of delivery and give specific reasons and examples. The Quality Team will review your complaint and may ask for more evidence before deciding.

No refund is available if an order is canceled after it has been completed, if no request is received within 72 hours of completion, if a quality complaint gives no specific reasons, or if an order was late because materials were missing or you could not be reached.

If the Company makes a full refund, or a payment is reversed, after the Work has been delivered, the rights in that Work remain with the Company and you may not use it.

When a cancellation or refund is accepted, the amount depends on the stage the order has reached:

• before a Writer is assigned, you receive a full refund;
• after a Writer is assigned, while the order is in progress, you may receive a refund or Store Credit of up to 60%, depending on the time elapsed and the urgency;
• while an order is on hold and the Writer has not finished, you may receive a refund or Store Credit of up to 60%, depending on how much has been done;
• if you edit the order details before completion in a way that lowers the price, you may receive Store Credit of up to 50% of the difference, depending on the change;
• if an order is late and you agree to extend the deadline, the price is recalculated to the nearest deadline option, and the difference, up to 20%, is refunded or added as Store Credit;
• if a late order has already been downloaded and a refund for lateness is requested afterwards, the Company offers Store Credit only, up to 20%.

Store Credit

Store Credit is a balance kept in your account that you can put toward future orders. Some of the compensation described under Cancellations and Refunds is given in this form.

Store Credit given as compensation cannot be refunded to your card. Any Store Credit that remains unused 365 days after the day it was added expires.

Your Use of the Work

The Work is a model paper intended for your own research and study. You decide how to use it, and you are responsible for following your institution's rules. The Company is not responsible for your grades or for the way the Work is used.

The Work is delivered “as is”, subject to the revision and refund terms above.

Once your order has been paid in full, you may use the delivered Work for your own study and research. The Company does not publish the Work or sell it on as your paper. If the payment is later refunded in full or reversed, this permission ends, as explained under Cancellations and Refunds.

Each paper is written for its own order. The Work is checked, but because it is produced by freelance Writers, small incidental matches with existing texts can still occur. A plagiarism report is available as an optional paid add-on; one report is provided per order, not per revision.

Editing, proofreading and formatting are applied to your own text, so the Company does not guarantee that such text is free of plagiarism.

Communication

Messages in your account are the official channel for everything concerning an order. Please check them regularly for questions from Support or your Writer.

The Company may also contact you by email, and by phone or messaging apps where you have given those contact details.

You may ask your Writer for a draft, although a draft cannot be guaranteed for orders with a deadline of 3 to 48 hours.

You may also request a preferred Writer. The Company may decline the request for reasons of quality or reliability and will tell you why. If you insist on that Writer nonetheless, the Company is not responsible for the quality of their Work or for any lateness.

The Company sends service emails about your account and orders and may also send promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.

Personal Data

The Company handles your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Card data is processed by the payment processors.

Please keep personal and payment details out of your instructions and files, as Writers can see them.

Liability

The Company's total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss connected with grades, admissions or lost time. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Complaints and Disputes

If something goes wrong, please tell Support first. Write to support@bestessays.com or use Messages within 30 days of the problem, describing what happened and attaching any evidence you have.

The Company will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and give you its decision within 30 days of receiving it. A quality complaint that asks for a refund must also be made within the 72 hours set out under Cancellations and Refunds.

If direct discussion does not settle the matter, the Company may propose mediation by a neutral third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Company is registered, and the courts of competent jurisdiction there will hear any dispute arising from them.

General Provisions

The Company may update these Terms. Each change is published on this page with a new “last updated” date and applies to orders placed after that date.

If the Company does not act on one breach of these Terms, that does not waive its right to act on the next.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policy they refer to, form the entire agreement between you and the Company.

If you use the service from outside the markets it is intended for, you do so on your own initiative and must follow the laws that apply to you.

Payments may be taken, and orders and accounts serviced, through other websites and payment pages operated by the Company. These Terms apply to your order wherever it is serviced, and your BestEssays login works on those websites too. Likewise, if you first ordered through another website operated by the Company, your account and orders may now be serviced here, and you can sign in with your existing login.
