This is what a comparison and contrast essay is all about. Before writing, note down all the similar and opposite points of the compared things. It will facilitate your writing process. In the introduction of your comparison essay identify the points of comparison and let the reader guess your preference. You may follow one of the two strategies preparing your comparison essay. Choose the first method if the compared items have a lot of little similarities and/or differences.
